- Description
- The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA) NMFS, NWFSC FRAM Division, has a requirement for the annual renewal of One (1) COMSOL Software for One (1) year in accordance with the attached Statement of Need.� Only COMSOL resellers shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Beta Sam (website: beta.sam.gov). The solicitation number is 1333MF20QNFFP0048; hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. ��It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the Beta Sam site for the solicitation and all subsequent amendments. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm -fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, vendors must obtain a DUNS number (this may be done by calling 1-800-333-0505) and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.beta.sam.� The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective August 3, 2020. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Any�questions must be submitted in writing to bill.bell@noaa.gov by 5:00 P.M. Pacific on August 17, 2020.
