- Due to contract writing system changes, pre-solicitation number W912ES20T0002 has changed to pre-solicitation number W912ES20Q0007 and is available at the following link:� https://beta.sam.gov/opp/e3bdc6e728b845e6a3d0879817d29174/view The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement repair the levee system in Oslo, Minnesota (Marshall County).� The work includes excavation of the scarred area, placement and compaction of clay material, spreading topsoil and seeding.�� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposals (RFP), or in an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov (formerly FedBizOpps/FBO.gov) in the near future.� The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation once issued. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Quotes will be due approximately 15 days from the date the solicitation is issued.� The definitive solicitation due date and time will be stated in the solicitation once issued and any associated amendments as applicable.
