This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 12905B20Q0007 Solicitation Type: This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) ��������������� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. This is a 100% small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables.� The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 1,000 employees. The contemplated contract line item is: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: Pre-owned, Quadrupole time-of-flight liquid chromatography/mass spectrometer (LC/MS) detector, Agilent Certified. ��A type of mass spectrometry where the mass-to-charge ratio of the sample ions is measured whilst the ions are held in a stable orbit by an electric field generated by four parallel electrodes.� Also, a data mining tool to provide accurate, sensitive, high resolution analyses. 6545 Q-TOF, Agilent Certified with MassHunter workstation data mining tool, monitor, and software, BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements � Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury�s Internet Payment Platform System (IPP). The Contractor must use the IPP website to register access and use IPP for submitting requests for payment.
