- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 12905B20Q0007 Solicitation Type: This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) ��������������� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. This is a 100% small business set aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables.� The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 1,000 employees. Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements � Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury�s Internet Payment Platform System (IPP). The Contractor must use the IPP website to register access and use IPP for submitting requests for payment.
