This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 10-26-2018. This solicitation is being requested as Brand Name or Equal IAW FAR 52.211-6. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The PHARMACY SERVICE at the Harlingen VA Medical Center is seeking to Lease Medication Tablet Counting Stations.
