- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for to Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator at Beale AFB, CA 95903. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813110.� The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 8661.� The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $8 Million. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award. As a Base year plus 4 Option years. Base Year: 01 Sep 2020 � 31 Aug 2021 Option year 1: 1 Sep 2021 � 31 Aug 2022 Option year 2: 1 Sep 2022 � 31 Aug 2023 Option year 3: 1 Sep 2023 � 31 Aug 2024 Option year 4: 1 Sep 2024 � 31 Aug 2025 This Request for Quote shall be 100% Small Business set aside.
