- Description
- The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) requires 125 40 foot shipping containers. Sea containers are used to consctruct targets and there must be a supply on hand at all times.� REQUIREMENTS: The sea containers must meet the following specification: SIZE: Length: 40� Width: 8� Height: 8� 6� CONSTRUCTION: Must be constructed of corrugated metal, Reinforced cornersoWelded seams, Door- standard double doors on one end, lockable. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (1)The cargo containers shall be stackable. (2)The cargo containers shall have initially been manufactured to meetInternational Shipping Operation (ISO) standards. 3)No holes over 6 inches and it must not take away from the strength ofthe containers. (4)Dents no larger than 12 inches in diameter and the containers must bestackable. (5)Minimum rust is acceptable as long as it does not reduce the strengthand stackability of the containers. (6)They must be used containers. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year: 01 Oct 2020- 30 Sep 2021 Option Yr 1: 1 Oct 2021 - 30 Sep 2022 Option Yr 2: 1 Oct 2022 - 30 Sep 2023 Option Yr 3: 1 Oct 2023 - 30 Sep 2024 Option Yr 4: 1 Oct 2024 - 30 Sep 2025
