- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with ACTIVU CORPORATION for Software Maintencnace Support Services.��The NAICS code is��541519.� The requirement if for the following items: 0001�� ACTIVU MAINTENANCE-SILVER LEVEL - 1 Year - Silver Level Support Plan includes: unlimited phone & email support during business hours (M-F 8:30AM TO 5:30PM EST); Access to the ACTIVU Customer Support Web Portal (Ticket Logging/Tracking System); Logistical support for hardware repairs/replacements under OEM warranties (Includes S&H); Free ACTIVU software upgrades for new versions and patches (Travel, on-site labor to install new software, and Training and not included); One(1) Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit, by a system technician (travel and labor included). A determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. Activu Corporation is a manufaturer of the software for the existing systems equipment. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 14 August� 2020, award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
