Repair Replace Two HVAC Chillers B2058 August 14, 2020--UPDATE----**Revised Q&As dated 14Aug2020** Revised Q&As, dated 14Aug2020: Question 12 and Question 21.� Additional Scope of Work clarifications. August 13, 2020--UPDATE----**Due Date time in BetaSam updated to reflected 9.00 a.m.** August 12, 2020--UPDATE----**Incorporated Amendment 0002 and Revised Q&As dated 12Aug2020** Revised Q&As, dated 12Aug2020: Additional Scope of Work clarifications. To incorporate the following changes: 1) Section J; Attachment 8; Section L (Rev 12Aug2020) has been amended and is hereby incorporated. 2) Section J; Attachment 9; Section M (Rev 12Aug2020) has been amended and is hereby incorporated. 3) Bid Guarantee Requirement has been modified. While a Bid Guarantee is NOT required, the contractor shall provide a letter from an approved Surety listed with the Department of Treasury that asserts the Prime contractor can meet the bonding requirement (100% Performance and Payment bonds), and provide proof of excess bonding capacity commensurate with the proposed amount for the resulting contract (see Section L). 4) The due date of proposals has been extended to Monday 24 August 2020 at 9:00 a.m. local San Antonio, TX time. 5) The Bid Opening has been changed to Monday 24 August 2020 at 10 a.m. local San Antonio, TX time. No other changes to the solicitation were incorporated (please note some of the responses to the Q&A have been amended). The magnitude of this project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Construction Wage Rate Requirement, formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act, is strictly enforced; General Decision Number TX20200007 14 Feb 2020. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set-aside for Women-owned small business, prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Eligibility status under the WOSB Program is determined in accordance with 13 CFR part 127; to be eligible offerors shall have submitted documents verifying its eligibility at the time of initial offer to the WOSB Program Repository. Offerors are encouraged to review the ""WOSB Program Repository"" and eligibility requirements as noted in FAR Subpart 19.1500, and the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting program page (https://www.sba.gov/federal-contracting/contracting-assistance-programs/women-owned-small-business-federal-contracting-program) for assistance on certification and the WOSB Program Repository.
