- SUBJECT: Update# 3 to Draft Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 72044020B00001 USAID Second Interim Measures for Dioxin Remediation at Bien Hoa Airbase Area (IM2)� Dear Prospective Bidders:� Referenced the subject IFB, the United States Agency for International Development in Vietnam (USAID/Vietnam) would like to:� Inform you that the issuance of full IFB will be postponed to approximately mid-September 2020. Consequently, all other due dates associated with this IFB such as bid package submission, pre-bid conference/site walk, etc., will also be postponed. Please continue to monitor this website and notice for the updates. Inform you of the following FAR clauses that will be included in the solicitation and resultant contract: FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) FAR 52.204-25 - Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (AUG 2020) �3. Remind interested bidders of DUN and SAM registrations as specified in paragraph L.2.12 and FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (OCT 2018). Other information on the draft IFB notice remains unchanged as previously published on June 19, 2020. Issuance of the draft IFB and subsequent notices are in no way obligates USAID to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. USAID reserves the right to reject any and all offers received. Award of a contract under this draft IFB is subject to availability of funds and other internal USAID approvals.
