- This synopsis will be for Construction Services necessary to renovate building 181 Small Air Terminal, Project #LRXQ172401 for Mississippi Air National Guard 172nd Airlift Wing located in Flowood, MS.� Services are for complete interior and exterior renovation of Building 181 including but not limited to complete replacement of all exterior doors, windows as well as all interior finishes and all HVAC, electrical, fire protection, site work, DDC controls and plumbing systems will be replaced as annotated in the related plans and specifications. This request will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. This request is 100% total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.� Per NAICS 236220, the small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The PSC Code is Y1AA. IAW FAR 36, Project magnitude ranges from $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.� IAW PIM 2016-03 �Funds are not presently available for this contract. �Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2020. �This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.� EVALUATION CRITERIA: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR 14 � Sealed Bidding Procedures. NOTE:� This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only; no paper copies will be made available. �It is anticipated the solicitation will be available on or about 18 August 2020.� Bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when issued.� Specifications and Plans will be made available upon request (after solicitation has posted) using the DoD SAFE Service website &/or by CD at the site visit.� DoD SAFE is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. No additional media will be provided. Interested Contractors must be registered at https://beta.sam.gov/ in order to obtain solicitation documents; information will be made available under Contracting Opportunities.� Contractors that have an existing FBO.gov account will automatically be redirected to beta.sam.gov.� It is the Contractors� responsibility to check this website as necessary for any postings related to this requirement (solicitation, amendments, etc.) All inquiries must be in writing, via email to the persons indicated below and specified in the solicitation.
