Description

See Complete Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Statement of Work Attached The government requires new A/V and Sound equipment to replace existing outdated equipment. The layout and installation of an Audio Visual (A/V) and Sound system is needed in several areas of Bldg. 1204, Westover Conference Center. This project consists of, but is not limited to the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and all miscellaneous necessary to accomplish the work. The installation will be a new standalone A/V system capable of displaying A/V information from various inputs, and sound via speaker system. Milestone Dates : August 25, 2020 10AM EST - Register for Site visit (see COVID restrictions) September 2, 2020 10AM EST � Site Visit September 9, 2020 10AM EST � *Question Period ends (We welcome your questions ASAP.) September 16, 2020 10AM EST � *Proposal Submittal Date - (Also Required at time of Proposal Submittal is the Answer to FAR Clause 52.212-3, section (v)(2)). Your proposal will be considered Non- responsive if the clause is not answered at submittal.
