- 161st ARW SFS FORTS � This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In addition, pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(2) posting will be abbreviated to 5 days. �The 161st ARW Arizona Air National Guard, 3200E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 has a requirement to procure RAPDLY DEPLYABLE RIGID SHELTER SYSTEM CONGRUENT, COMPATIBLE , AND INTERCHANGEABLE WITH TWO IDENTICLE SYSTEMS IN CURRENT�INVENTORY� �These items are as follows: The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Elite Aluminum�Corporation. Requirement is for the delivery FOB destination of a mobile fold out rigid temporary shelter (FORTS)�suitably equippled for milityar security forces fielding and interchangeable and compatible with the existing two FORTS in current inventory.� �In the absence of any other�qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals. CLIN 0001:� Deliver one (1) FORTS FOB Destination PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 120 Days ARO The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source open commercial supply kind�contract to: ELITE ALUMINUM�CORPORATION 4650 LYONS TECHNOLOGY PKWY COCONUT CREEK, FL 33073 The firm is the sole distributor of the product and no other source will satisfy the Government's requirement to meet operational fielding need.�The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311�and the Business Size Standard is 750.
