Notice of Intent to Sole Source Notice Type:� Special Notice:� Narrative: Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to the Arcos, Inc to procure a Burn Resuscitation Decision Support System - this system provides intravenous fluid resuscitation during the first 24-72 hours post burn. Award will be made on or about 15 Sep 2020. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization). This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
