- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Phoenix, Arizona. The services provided should be within a 5 mile radius of the �Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85003 and within a half mile walk to a bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period expected to begin on October�01, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on August 31, 2025 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors. Base Year: Substance Abuse Treatment Services: 60 Inmates Substance Use Intake: (one per authorize inmate) for 60 inmates = 60 intakes.
