- Page 2 of 2 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at the East Orange and Lyons Medical Campuses of the VA New Jersey Healthcare System located at: East Orange VA Medical Campus 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange NJ, 07018 Lyons VA Medical Campus System 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ 07939 The VA anticipates posting an SDVOSB set-aside RFQ for this requirement to beta.sam.gov on or about July 20, 2020. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.sam.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24220Q0804 Anticipated Closing Response Date: August 20,2020 Period of Performance: October 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2021, with four subsequent option years Description: Year-round grounds maintenance and landscaping services to be provided to the Orange Campus of the New Jersey VA Healthcare System 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange NJ 07018 and the Lyons Campus of the New Jersey VA Healthcare System 151 Knollcroft Rd, Lyons, NJ 07939 from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2021 to include four option years. These services shall include lawn maintenance services, mulching services, planting bed maintenance services, tree and shrub maintenance services, street sweeping services, snow removal services on a per event or per push basis.
