Description

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) � This is a notice of intent. The Government�s intent to issue a sole source award contract to TBC Integration Inc. (doing business as Digital Glue) to renew licenses that is listed on HQ0516018519. The Defense Media Activity (DMA) provides comprehensive internal and external information to the entire Department of Defense through all available media. DMA communicates messages and themes to Secretary of Defense, Service Secretary, and other DoD and Military Service through the medium of print, the worldwide web, radio and television in order to support and improve quality of life and morale, situational awareness, and sustain readiness. AFN provides U.S. radio and television news, information, and entertainment programming to military service members, DoD civilians and their families overseas, and aboard U.S. Navy ships. The Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Media Activity (DMA) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized�. DMA intends to issue a sole source contract to TBC Integration Inc. (doing business as Digital Glue), 30100 Town Center Dr. Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, plus two option years. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement via email in Microsoft Word format with a file size less than 5MB to Gentle M. Gladney, Contract Specialist, via email:gentle.m.gladney.ctr@mail.mil, Subject Line: Response to Sole Source Notice Of Intent � TBC Integration Inc. (doing business as Digital Glue); no later than 3:00 pm Pacific, 29 August 2020. All information submitted should support the offeror�s capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror�s bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is (TBD)� All Other Miscellaneous Schools and ` Instruction and the small business size standard is (TBD). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
