- This is a solicitation for a procurement of Consew Sewing Machines (head only) and Servo Motors. This is a set aside 100% for a small business.� FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s):� Funds are not presently available for this effort.� No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.� The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.� In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offerer for any costs. Quotes will be accepted on or before the close date state on page 1 of the solicitation. When returning this Standard Form (SF) 1449 please complete the following: 1. Please complete Company Information (Name/Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Please wet sign, print name and title of signe and date blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c respectively. 3. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times. 4. Please complete information in all ""FILL IN"" provisions and clauses, especially:� -� FAR 52.212-3 (when applicable) -� FAR 52.225-18 5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2. Please make sure all provision and clauses are appropriately filled in (where applicable), when submitting a quote.� Please send in the completed SF1449 along with any other documenation to support your quote.� Please ensure all information is readable and legible.� This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement, so state the price on your quote as all-inclusive of everything (shipping, taxes, fees, etc.).�
