This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F3G3CE0210AW01 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals.� A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 Effective 8 August 2020 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as an 8(a) set aside. NAICS:� 561720 � Janitorial Services The due date for all questions�expired on�13 August 2020 at 10:00AM PST.� Questions�should have been�submitted electronically to Ms. Adriana Gamm at adriana.gamm@us.af.mil. All Proposals must be received by 26�August 2020 at 4:00 PM�Pacific Standard Time (PST).� Instructions on submission of proposals can be found in the solicitation below (FAR 52.212-1). Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Nellis AFB, NV in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.� All services shall be done in accordance with the PWS dated�10 March�2020. Period of Performance:� The period of performance for this acquisition is 1 December 2020 � 31 May 2021.� Additionally, this requirement will have four (4) option years, dating 1 June 2021 � 31 May 2025.
