- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B12121Q00000G02, for the requirements of Cosmetology Vocational Training Program. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation and statement of work that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 21, 2020 and will be posted in on https://beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted on the referenced website. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the internet site for amendments (if any). Prospective offerors should not expect notification from the contract specialist that an amendment has been issued. �Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 28, 2020. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
