- This solicitation post is being edited to reflect the following two items: (1) Solicitation is amended (Ref SPRWA1-20-R-0032-0001) to attach updated AFMC 260 First Article Requirements form to reflect the correct Conditions for Waiver of First Article Approval.� Amendment and updated Form 260 is hereby attached. (2) Document 1-�Q&A is uploaded (see attchments). This Request for Proposal by the Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, is for the manufacture of the Amplifier/Detector, Log Video, for the AN/ALR-56M system on the F-16 and C-130J aircraft. The AN/ALR-56M is a system used on the F-16 and C-130J. The Video Amplifier (5996-01-365-4599EW) is a component of the Super heterodyne Controller LRU 6 which receives the baseband CVR signals and depending upon the power apply the resultant (video) output to LOG/SPU Board Assembly A10A4 of the video processor section as SPULOG (video). This acquisition will be Limited Competition under FAR 6.302-1. The only two qualified manufacturers for this item are AKON (CAGE: 5V234) and Teledyne (CAGE: 16170). Suitable technical data is not available to permit acquisition from other sources.
