- 1 each: Pathatrix auto instrument: The system must satisfy performance criteria (established sensitivity and specificity characteristics) that conforms to validated methodology for use within our Food Emergency Response Network (FERN) program and FDA regulatory program which include our methods for the analyses of BAM E. coli O157/STEC, Listeria and Salmonella as well as new regulatory assays including but not limited to Cronobacter, Hepatitis A and Norovirus detection. 1.�������� Handle food sample matrices rapidly and accurately using paramagnetic particles that are either antibody-coated or positively charged. 2.�������� Selectively bind and concentrate target organisms from complex matrices found in food, environmental, and biothreat samples 3.�������� Inside delivery to a government laboratory. 4.�������� A one (1) year warranty minimum with the option to purchase additional warranty coverage or guarantee preventative maintenance options for a specified period in the future is highly desirable. Coverage on all non-consumable items and parts supplied including unlimited on-site service visits with a maximum 72-hour on-site response time, factory-certified replacement parts, engineer labor and travel costs, software updates and notifications. The warranty begins at the time of full delivery and successful installation of the system in the laboratory.
