- The Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 2214 has a requirement for materials in the attached Quote Spreadsheet. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Brandon Wright, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 24 August 2020. The Government will not pay for any information received.
