Description
UPDATE - RFP 70SBUR20R00000031 Amendment 0001 - Issued 08/21/2020 In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(1), this is a solicitation. The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP), Document Management Division (DMD) has a requirement to obtain polycarbonate card stock that meet the required International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards and contain Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and embedded holographic images. These cards will be used to produce various immigration benefits, including Permanent Resident Cards (PRC) and Employment Authorization Documentation (EAD) cards, collectively known as the Secure Identification Platform (SIP) requirement. These documents serve as proof of adjudicated benefits or immigrant status and may allow entry into the United States in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act. In addition to the polycarbonate cards, the SIP contract will provide ancillary services to include card design (background artwork and security features), program management support services, technical analysis services, secure storage, and delivery of manufactured card stock. USCIS intends to award a single commercial Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract, inclusive of five (5) one-year ordering periods for a total of 60 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325211 Plastics Material and Resin Manufacturing.
