Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to Applied Research Associates, Inc, 4300 San Mateo Blvd NE Ste A-220, Albuquerque, NM 87110 for Unreal 2.5 and 3.0 Software and Support licenses. The effort will include one (1) base year and four (4) additional option years for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5.� See attached Justification and Approval (J&A). The applicable NAICS Code for this is 511210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFP and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
