The purpose of this amendment is to 1. Update clauses 2. Extend proposal close date to 31 August 2020, 2:00 PM EST The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the conflicting times for pre-proposal site visit on 13 August from 10:00 a.m. �Actual Date site visit date is 13 August 2020 2:00 p.m. EST Add Clause 52.204-25, 52.243-5 Project Title: Bldg. 6901 Replace Boilers Project#: MBMV202794 Location: Battle Creek ANGB, MI (48037) Period of Performance: 45 Days 1) Set-aside: This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. 2) Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M 3) NAICS Code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors 4) Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 5) Submit Proposals no later than 28 August , 2020 @ 11:00 AM ET 6) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference to be conducted on 13 August, 2020 at 2:00 pm ET. (See Documents for Access Requirements) Award w ill be made, in accordance w ith FAR 13.106-3, to the responsible Offeror w hose proposal conforms to the Request for Proposal and is most advantageous to the Government considering price and Non-price related factors. **Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 September 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are �within an aw ardable range.
