- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR AN AUTOMATED THROUGHPUT THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY ((HPTLC) SYSTEM FOR VISUALIZATION AND QUANTIFICATION (OR ITS EQUIVALENT).� FREIGHT INCLUDED. SPECIFICATIONS: An integrated system with minimal user intervention with the following requirements: Automated application of samples as spots, bands, or rectangles �Is fully automated requiring no user intervention after the application has started Applies samples by contract transfer with volume range of 100nL to 1mL Applies samples as narrow bands by spraying-on the samples with air or Nitrogen with a volume range of 100nL to 1mL and a band length range from 1mm to 190mm �Handles up to 66 samples Automated development of HPTLC plates of 20x10 cm and 10cm x 10cm with humidity control Automated derivatization of HPLTC plates up to 20cm x 10cm Visualizer for capture of high-resolution digital images of HPTLC plates including 16mm lens suited for 20 x 10 and 10x10cm plates. Scanner for scanning of objects up to 20x20cm Software for control of instruments including 1 server and 1 client High-resolution documentation, comparison viewer, multi wavelength scanning and spectrum scanning Plate heater PC system with software including all connection accessories 22� Monitor 20 HPLTC Siica gel plates 20x10cm Installation/operational qualification Preventative Maintenance in CY 21 and CY22 Training (at least 2 days) on techniques to use HPTLC for analytical tasks EQUIVALENT QUIDELINES: The parts or model numbers are listed for reference purposes only. Any alternate products being offered shall have equivalent, or greater, performance parameters to those specified. Suppliers that are offering alternate products shall list the manufacturer, model, and part numbers for the product. When quoting an alternate product, please provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of your offer to the product specified.� BSA reserves the right to determine equivalency.� Please return the following along with your quote: 1.���������AMS-Form-009 - Representations and Certifications � Procurement Specific.� Due to the value of this contract, DOE requires Business Representations and Certifications be completed for all procurements exceeding $10,000.� Please reference Solicitation Number 387504 on the form and all correspondence.� Please complete and return all nine (9) pages of the document. 2.���������Published Price list showing the items on your quote for price justification or a prior customers invoice for the same/similar items (personal info whited out).� 3.�������� System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U.
