- Description
- AIRFIELD OPERATIONS -- Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan is requesting proposals from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns for the�award of a contract for Airfield Operations. The Scope of work is as follows: Non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision and quality control�necessary to perform Base Operations, Airfield Facilities Management, Airfield Maintenance, Airfield Use/Access Control, Airfield Driver Program, Flight Planning Publications and�NOTAMS, Flight Services, Transient Aircrew Support, and Emergency Response. Contractors shall be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirements to be considered. Contactor shall be�required to follow aircraft safety guidelines in accordance with Air Force Instructions and comply with Air Force and OSHA standards. The Government contemplates a basic contract period� commencing 01 Dec 2020 through 30 Nov 2021 with 4 subsequent one-year option periods (possible duration 01 Dec 2020 thru 30 Nov 2025). This requirement is set-aside 100% for�certified SDVO small business concerns, offers from other than SDVO small business concerns will not be considered. For SDVO information see http://www.sba.gov/. The small business size�standard for North American Industry Classification System Code 488119 is average annual receipts of $35,000,000 for the preceding 3 years. The successful contractor will be chosen using�FAR Part 13 procedures that result in the best value to the Government. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation W50S85-20-R-0005�will be issued electronically�and available at https://beta.sam.gov/ with an anticipated award date in Nov 2020. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which�shall be considered by the agency. �Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by�the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Paper copies will not be available. You must register on https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ in order to receive notification of�changes to the solicitation.� All interested parties must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A prior to the award.
