Description

Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX, requires a Virtual Reality (VR) Safety Lab Simulator system. This requirement is restricted to small business concerns under the NAICS code 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) and the size standard 1,250 employees.� **AMENDMENT�1** (UPDATE TO NOTICE, effective�25 August 2020) This Notice FA301620U0223 is updated to incorporate Amendment 1 to the RFQ. The purpose of Amendment 1 is to:� 1) post industry generated questions and answers, 2) update the SOW to add section 2.1 which clarifies express warranty requirements, and 3) update the RFQ to add section (w) to Addendum to FAR 52.212-4 and to extend�the response due date/time for quotes to 11:00AM Central Time on Tuesday, 01 September 2020. Contractors must acknowledge this Amendment 1 when submitting their quote.� Effective 25Aug20 with incorporation of�Amendment 1, there are now three�(3) applicable attachments to this notice:� 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) titled: ""RFQ FA301620U0223 - VR Safety Lab Simulator - 25Aug20"" (14-page PDF) 2. The Statement of Work (SOW) titled: ""SOW - VR Safety Lab Simulator - 25Aug20"" (5-page PDF) 3. Industry Generated Questions and Answers titled: ""Questions and Answers 25Aug20 for RFQ FA301620U0223"" (4-page PDF) **UPDATE TO NOTICE, effective�27 August 2020** This Notice FA301620U0223 is updated to post a fourth applicable attachment of industry generated questions and answers: 4.� Additional Industry Generated Questions and Answers titled: ""Questions and Answers part 2 27Aug20"" (2-page PDF) The purpose of this notice update (posting this fourth applicable document) is to clarify�industry generated questions.
