- Historic Research and Ethnographic Study of the John Wesley Powell National Conservation Area in Utah This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. Firm fixed-price quotes are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 541720 - Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities- with a size standard of $22 million in average gross annual receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
