Description

The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and parts necessary to inspect, test, and maintain hangar doors IAW the attached Statement of Work. NOTE:� DO NOT PRICE CLIN XXX4, SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND PARTS; THE GOVERNMENT WILL FUND AS NEEDED. UPDATE AS OF 2 SEP 2020 - SITE VISIT� A site visit has been scheduled for 8 Sep 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. If your company intends to send a representative for the site visit, please send an email to paula.miller.5@us.af.mil and michael.demers.4@us.af.mil with the representative's name and phone number�no later than 4 Sep 2020 at 10:00 AM EST to confirm your attendance. All attendees shall have facial coverings on hand in the event social distancing cannot be maintained. Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), NC�Access�Instructions:� Contractors that require a base pass shall be at the SJAFB Visitor Center at the Berkeley Gate no later than 9:30AM EST to allow time for obtaining vehicle/visitor passes. Visitors shall be a U.S. citizen, not a felon, present a valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance in order to obtain entry onto the installation. Contractors not requiring a base pass shall meet at 10:00 at the 4th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 2903, 1570 Wright Brothers Ave, SJAFB.
