Description

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals for the National Park Service, Lewis & Clark National Historical Park (LEWI), for constructing a new 5,000 gallon per day wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system to serve the Fort Clatsop Visitor Center and Administration Building within Lewis & Clark National Historical Park in Astoria, Oregon. ************ This Amendment no. 003 is necessary to replace Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Decision (Davis-Bacon wage rates). The initial posting of the solicitation attachments included the wrong wage decision. Offerors are hereby advised to replace Attachment no. 5, Heavy Dredging, Wage Decision OR20200002 with new Attachment no. 14, Heavy, Wage Decision no. OR20200063. Attachment no. 14 is the correct DOL Wage Decision for this solicitation. ************ REMINDER: Proposals are due by 4:30pm (PST) on September 10, 2020 submitted electronically by email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov (except hard copy original signature of the offer guarantee, bid bond, shall be mailed to Phaedra Fuller at Olympic National Park, 600 E Park Avenue, Port Angeles, WA 98362). Refer to Section L and M of Attachment no. 3, Terms-Clauses, for full details of what to include in proposal. ************ ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL.
