- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure JACK CLAMP ASSY JC-10 to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� After completing hull cuts on a submarine vessel several clamps are used to mount the cut sheet of metal to the sub. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332216 (Saw Blade and Handtool Manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Procurement is Brand Name Only CABCO ENTERPRISES, INC manufacturer.
