Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) to Dale Miller & Associates, Ltd., 742 Laurel Ave, Highland Park, IL 60035 for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Software Maintenance and Support. The effort will include one (1) base year and two (2) additional option years for a total period of performance of three (3) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Please see attached Limited Source Justification. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 511210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
