- Description
- The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) on behalf of Washington Headquarter Services intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). WHS/AD intends to issue a sole source contract to CACI, Inc. Federal (14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 201451), to provide the Washington Headquarter Services with SPS/PD2 New User/Refresher Training - Offsite for 20 individuals per year for Washington Headquarters Services (WHS).�� The anticipated Period of Performance will be a 12-month base period and one (1) 12-month Option Period. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to be compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determine whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
