Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-20-Q-0204. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 with a standard business size of $16.5 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for ventilation modification and exhaust fan replacement services for Haskell Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement is 30 calendar days from Award Date. **Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday September 10, 2020 at 1:30pm CST. Due to pandemic, RSVPs are required for the site visit. Those interested in attending shall email Katrina Eaton no later than Wednesday September 9, 2020 at 12pm CST. If there is no interest for a site visit, it will be cancelled by September 9, 2020 at 12pm CST and will not rescheduled. For those wishing to attend, be prepared to wear a mask, answer screening questions and have a temperature check. The site visit is scheduled based on COVID-19 related data for this area at this time. We will continue to monitor conditions and inform those who RSVP of any changes** Questions are due no later than September 14, 2020 at 5pm CST. The closing date for receipt of quotes is September 17, 2020 at 3pm CST. The offer shall be received by email to Katrina.Eaton@ihs.gov or in a sealed envelope, addressed to this office, showing the solicitation number, your name and address, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST, on September 17, 2020.
