Description
See attached Solicitation W9124D-20-Q-6484 for details. This is a non-personal services contract to provide a maintenance service contract to ensure HQ US Army Cadet Command Access Control System operates properly.�� Objectives:� To ensure uninterrupted access control system functionality, troubleshoot and repair system in a timely manner consistent with�the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).�� Hardware Components of the System:� Access Control Test & Inspect, Parts and Labor. TYCO SOFTWARE HOUSE SYSTEM. The contractor shall provide component replacement on the central processing unit, to include the reprogramming of system due to failure, replacement of circuit boards and components in the control panels, annunciator panels, transponders, printers, keyboard monitors and peripheral devices (motion sensors, access control readers, closed circuit televisions, cameras, monitors, audible/visible, door contract) associated with system.�� The contractor shall provide customized software support specific to the existing access control system at Cadet Command. This service shall include software and firmware updates as software updates or patches are released.� The maintenance vendor updates the software on the system.�� System Servers: Access Control Test & Inspect - Parts and Labor. EDT (local). �No remarks or written responses to questions by government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this RFQ. �The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center -Fort Knox, Kentucky. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active and shall not assume that CCR information automatically migrated to the SAM system. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible. The government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM.� All contractors wishing to do business with the government shall possess a valid DUNS number. 4. All amendments will be posted to the betaSAM Website.� Contactors shall monitor the website for any amendments and acknowledge those amendments, as required. 5. Quote shall contain the following:� - Completed and signed page 1 of the solicitation (SF 1449) - Completed page 3 of the solicitation (Continuation Sheet) - Completed pricing schedule. �All CLIN(s) must be priced. If there is no charge, please insert 0 or NC for no charge. - Complete all representations and certifications included herein - Acknowledge amendments, if applicable. 6. Electronic/email copies will be accepted.� Offeror shall e-mail quote to Jon Leppala at: jon.a.leppala.civ@mail.mil prior to 11 September 2020 09:00 A.M. EDT. NO FAX COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Quote must be received by the Purchasing Agent prior to the date and time set in order to be considered for this award. 7. The award of any contract issued hereunder will be made in the aggregate to the lowest-priced responsive, responsible quoter who includes the following: A. Quotes submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. B. Quoters shall submit all unit prices to the whole penny; any fractions will be rounded to the next higher whole penny per unit for evaluation and award purposes. C. Failure to submit a quote on all items may render the quote non-responsive. 8. The government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to furnish Test & Inspect and maintain access control system for buildings 1001, 1002, 1003 and 6573 at Fort Knox, KY 40121 as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
