- The Government intends to issue a sole source ceiling increase modification to McKean Defense Group, LLC. to allow McKean the opportunity to continue to compete for additional task orders and to complete existing task order efforts. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
