- This requirement provides Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) server-based and mobile device-based software components for the Department of Defense (DoD) existing Military Health Care Environment. The Contractor shall provide COTS server-based and mobile device-based software components for the DoD�s existing MHCE Systems, all related software licensing, and software updates as required to ensure that the COTS software components are current and relevant to the ever changing landscape of mobile wireless device operating systems and wireless carrier requirements security and credentials requirements. Furthermore, the Contractor shall provide related support services (technical support, training and Other Direct Costs (ODCs)) to the DoD existing MHCE Systems. Finally, the Contractor shall provide support services specifically focused on research objectives for the next generation of mobile health solutions via the MHCE systems.�
