- The Delivery Order was awarded on a sole source basis under the Rockwell Collins Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-17-G-0003.� The Delivery order contains both Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLINS.� As the sole designer, developer and OEM, RC/ is therefore the only company that has the ability, resources, technology and documentation necessary to modify, develop, produce, test, maintain and support these systems.� �A synopsis was issued for this BOA acquisition on 24 November 2015 to FEDBIZOPPS and no responses were received.� The Request for Information/Sources Sought Requirement in DFARS PGI/ 206.302-1 has been waived. �
