- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)�s, Office of Headquarters Procurement Services is soliciting offers for the management and operation of the National Training Center (NTC) in Albuquerque, New Mexico.� This requirement is for management services to support, and oversee, the operations and maintenance of the NTC, including the acquisition of training and management services to support NTC�s training and oversight mission.� In order to provide standardized professional and technical training services, the Contractor is required to recruit and maintain an instructional design staff and instructors, as well as information technology, business, management, and support operations staffs that are technically proficient in their respective areas of expertise. This is a competitive acquisition is a total set aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program participants under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools with a size standard $16.5 million. The solicitation will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Award Fee, Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials Task Orders.� The IDIQ contract will consist of a one hundred twenty month (120) period of performance, task orders issued from the master IDIQ will contain option periods. The entire solicitation will be made available on Compusearch's FedConnect portal, which can be located at https://www.fedconnect.net. �All responsible sources may submit a proposal upon release of the solicitation. The due date for the proposal is anticipated to be November 5, 2020. Paper copies will not be available. To be eligible for contract award offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. The solicitation 89303020REA000003 will contain instructions for submitting offers. This a notice of the availability of the Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not a part of the RFP. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, answers to questions and changes in due dates, will be distributed solely through the Fedconnect website in accordance with the instructions contained within the RFP. Questions concerning this requirement will only be address via the methods described in the RFP.
