- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform nursing home services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), for a multiple award fixed-price four (4) year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), with twelve (12) month-ordering periods and Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) from this solicitation.� Offeror(s) for location(s) of interest listed below for ordering periods and catchment areas�will�not have to submit for all States in order for proposal to be technically acceptable. a.� Louisiana (2 facilities with 10 beds per facility) � Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, Union, Lincoln, Morehouse, West Carroll, East Carroll, Madison, Richland, Franklin, Ouachita, Jackson, Caldwell, Winn, Jackson, Red River, Sabine, DeSoto, Bienville, Caldwell, or Natchitoches parish. �b. Arkansas (1 facility with 7 beds) � Columbia, Union, Hempstead, Clark, Miller, Little River, Titus, Camp, Sabine, Red River, Angelina, Jasper, or Newton county. c.
