- Description
- (U//FOUO) The Criminal Investigative Division and JCODE need technical and targeting analysts to develop strategy and targeting support to further criminal investigations and operations. The analysts shall assist will identifying trends and targets of individuals and/or organizations involved in computer-enabled illicit criminal activities. Targeters shall be responsible for understanding his/her assigned threat areas and be able to develop operational and investigative leads and/or targeting packages of individual(s) associated with the threats. Targeters shall communicate their analysis to HTOCU management as well as our partnering agencies. Additionally, JCODE needs a Program Analyst to expand JCODE�s ability to target�criminal enterprises utilizing the Clearnet to traffic narcotics and enhance it�s targeting of Clearnet and Darknet enabled weapons trafficking and sale of fraudulent products and documents.� (U//FOUO) JCODE provides threat management in support of CID operations targeting and defeating criminal threats to the US in the following focused areas: Darknet and Clearnet Drug Trafficking Computer Enabled Weapons Trafficking Computer Enabled Sale of Fraudulent Products and Documents The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a single award to Hager Developmement Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.� This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101. �The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541611.�
