- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to the Sexual Assault Services of Northwest New Mexico, Inc., for consultant services. Estimated contract award to be $65,000.00. NAICS 624190 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor will plan, organize, and implement the Sexual Assault Training, in support of the goal and objectives of the Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative (DVPI). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 11:00 am on September 22, 2020. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
