- This is a Notice of Intent to award to a Sole-Source contractor. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole-source contract to Precise Time & Frequency, LLC. The USAF requires a Time and Frequency GPS System with the specification below: PTF LLC 3207A-MMRT GPS Time and Frequency Ref shall include the following: 1. Antenna and 30 ft antenna cable 2. Front panel keypad and display 3. High performance OCXO, and including the following outputs: 3.1 1MHz, 5MHz, 8MHz, and 10MHz RF sine (1 Vrms) 3.2 IRG B (am) 3.3 1PPM, 5V TTL level 3.4 1PPS, 10V per Mil F-28811 3.5 1PPS, 10V per Mil F-28811 (additional) 3.6 1PPS +/-6V per Mil Std 188C 3.7 1PPS +/-6V per Mil Std 188C (additional output) 3.8 Sync Gate per Mil Std 188C (+/-6V) 3.9 100kHz clock per Mil Std 188C (+/-6V) 3.10 24 bit 8421 BCD Time Code per Mil F-28811 3.11 20 bit BCD STOD per Mil Std 188C 3.12 All outputs 50 ohm, BNC connectors Quantity: 2 Each Precise Time & Frequency, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and has no authorized resellers for these items. All equipment are strictly managed and require prior approval to be used in the Time and Frequency GPS System. Any other vendor would require significant research and development to provide the Time and Frequency GPS System hardware identical in form, fit and function to what Precise Time & Frequency, LLC can provide.
