- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capability Development Command - Armament Center, intends to issue a brand name Request for Quote for XMetal Author Enterprise v15. This purchase is for the software licenses and maintenance/updates for XMetal Author�software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of: 12 months after award This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested; a written solicitation, W15QKN-20-Q-0108, is attached. Solicitation No. W15QKN-20-Q-0108�is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 511210�with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. In accordance with FAR 37.104-(a) Personal Services Contracts, the subsequent contract is not considered to be a personal service. The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract, as a total small business set-aside, for the purchase and delivery of XMetal Author Enterprise v15 software maintenance and licenses. �Attached is the solicitation, W15QKN-20-Q-0108, for this requirement detailing all specific details, to include, but not limited to, the statement of work, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, clause/provisions. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions shall be addressed in the offerors response to this notice: FAR 52.204-24 FAR 52.204-25 FAR 52.204-26 These clauses/provisions address the Section 889 requirements put in place 13 August 2020.
