- Description
- Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.� The Embassy of the United States in Haiti will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for Health and Life Insurance Coverage to the U.S. Embassy in Port au Prince, Haiti.� The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. � The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.� The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity under which may be placed firm fixed-price delivery orders. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. � All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to the submission of proposals pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
