- Synopsis for Solicitation number N000189Q0642 (Catholic Religious Coordinator) � The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract.� This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.� This procurement action is for a Catholic Religious Coordinator in support of the religious program at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Chapel. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract shall submit their price quote to Christopher.d.white1@navy.mil.� A request for quote will be available for download on or about 15 September 2020 at the following website: beta.SAM.gov.� Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.� Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 813110 � Religious Organizations.� The Size Standard is $8M.� The product service code (PSC) is G002- Social Chaplain. � The contract length is for a one-year based period, and two-year option periods.
