Description
An award has been made for this solicitation, please refer to award notice W50S8G20P0013 for more information.� Questions and Answers Document 3 has been issued. Questions and Answers Document 2 has been issued.� Amendment 1 and Questions and Answers Document 1 have been issued. The original solicitation document has been removed and replace with conformed copy of the amendment 1 along with the summery of changes for amendment 1. � The solicitation documet has been issued along with the drawing associated for this requierment.� The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) has a requirement to inspect, certify and test all fire hood supression system�and replace all of the existing�fire extinguisher for the 150th Special Operation Wing (SOW), Kirtland Air Force Base, NM 87117. This acquisition is reserved only for Small Business concerns, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, the size standard is $16.5 million. �All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation provision 52.204-7 all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is https://beta.sam.gov. The regulations to be used are FAR, DFARS, and AFARS. FAC 2020-08, effective date 13 Aug 2020. A site visit will be held for this requirement, please review the solicitation for, date, time, location, and required information that must be submitted to attend the visit. The deadline to submit the information to attend the site visit is also within the solicitation documentation. � COVID Restrictions� Please pay particular attention to current COVID-19 restrictions for individuals that will be traveling from outside of New Mexico. There may also be restrictions for individuals traveling within the state of New Mexico. Please visit the following website for the most current information: https://www.newmexico.org/covid-19-traveler-information/ The period of performance (POP) is 60 calendar days after issuance of contract. The services of painting the aircraft must start in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, FY2020 ends September 30, 2020. If services do not begin in FY2020 any issued contract shall be terminated. A solicitation for this requirement will be available immediately on Contracts Opportunities website located at https://beta.sam.gov/. �All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. All questions and request for information (RFI) pertaining to the details of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), or the solicitation itself, will be accepted up until the deadline, please refer to the solicitation documentation for the time and date of this deadline. �Any questions or RFI submitted after this deadline may not be reviewed or addressed. � The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quote to the responsible offeror with the quote that is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), please refer to FAR provision 52.212-2 � Evaluation Commercial Items for more information. �Quotes with items manufactured in non-qualifying countries will be evaluated with a 50% evaluation factor in accordance with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.105. A list of qualifying countries can be found in DFARS 225.872-1. After a contract for this requirement has been awarded, all invoicing will only be accepted through Wide Area Work Flow (https://piee.eb.mil/). �Therefore, all offerors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow.
