- The solicitation is posted. Description of Services:� The contractor shall provide Gallagher Personnel Access Control System (GPACS) maintenance technician/engineer(s) to perform maintenance and service for USACE, Omaha District. The maintenance and service performed by the contractor will be at USACE, Omaha District HQ located in Omaha, NE. The maintenance and service shall be for the semi-annually Preventive Maintenance (PM) with Repair, Corrective Maintenance (CM) with Repair, On-call Emergency Maintenance (EM) with Repair, and selective installation on the Gallagher Electronic Entry Control System (GEECS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
