- ***15�September 2020:� Amendment 0002�to post site visit information and extend due date�has been posted.*** ***10 September 2020:� Amendment 0001 to extend due date and make changes to the PWS�has been posted.*** The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform elevator preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and assist a third-party contractor in the semi-annual and annual load test/inspections.� Preventative maintenance will be accomplished monthly, quarterly and annually.� Contractor shall inspect, test, calibrate and service the equipment, as required, in accordance with manufacturer, industry and statutory requirements in order to prevent premature equipment failures and to extend equipment life in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
